How do you do this? By eating the right foods and doing the right exercise. The right foods are healthy fats, found in fish, nuts, and vegetables, good carbohydrates, found in grains and fibrous vegetables, and lean protein.
Some really good exercises are those that build up your lean muscle mass. Low weight, high repetition exercises that work your large muscle groups. Legs, back, hips, thighs, core.
When you combine a sensible diet with the right exercise plan, you’ll be amazed how quickly the fat melts off. Before you know it you’ll have that sexy body that you deserve.
